Dear Parents

Thank you for being willing to attend Chosen Valley Camp for 2019 and for taking the time to complete the following application.  We will consider all applicants and will select based on providing a range of qualities and skills.  We are fortunate enough to have more parent helpers than we can take and encourage everyone to re-apply for the year six camp.  Your offers of help are hugely appreciated!
